Idaho is located in the northwestern region of the U.S., and was admitted to the union in 1890 as America’s 43rd state. It is a mountainous state bordered by Montana, Wyoming, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Oregon, and the Canadian province of British Columbia. The capital of Idaho is Boise.
