Super satisfactory customer service from the representative that took care of me!

I had the most pleasant and informative phone conversation with the gentleman that took my call to help me fix my resume. He was so helpful and quick to guide me through my problems and on top of that he gave me pointers on how to make my resume stand out from other resumes. He was absolutely a joy to work with. Please reward him in some way for his excellent customer service skills and his ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. If I have any more questions or concerns I definitely want to work with him because of his experience in giving answers as well as helpful ideas and suggestions that are on point. With the tweaks he suggested I landed the job I was applying for and the manager wanted to know if I had a company professionally do my resume. I said I put my resume together and then hired y’all to give me pointers on how to make it stand out. Thank you, thank you so very much! Without the gentleman’s help that took my call ( I can’t remember his name) I hope there’s a way for you to know who he was so he gets the credit for doing an absolutely wonderful job for me. I recently needed to put a CV together…

I recently needed to put a CV together and was not successful using any of the FREE templates available. Fortunately I found ResumeHelp which made creating it a breeze. I was able to assimilate all my information in a template of my choosing and then save it in a format of my choice ie. Word or pdf and several other. This was perfect because then I could edit it in more depth to sit on the page where and how I wanted it. I did not need a Cover Letter but once again their various templates for this were so easy ie. prompts and direction for the whole letter that I made one anyways just to have it on file for the future. I did not require an on-going subscription and contacting the Canadian toll free number was simple and easy - no wait time and the ResumeHelp representative was courteous and efficient cancelling my subscription with email confirmation even before our conversation ended. That is what I call great customer service. Thank you!!

Great tool for resume writing!

Marlon Tamayo was very informative! I was not sure if ResumeGig also helped with cover letters and Marlon informed me that they did along with other great resources. I had no idea. I am grateful he passed down this information to me. I asked him to please inform the company that I am thankful I stumbled upon this great website to create resumes and cover letters. I hesitated because of the heavy price sticker each month, but it's so well worth it because it saved me time searching for the right words to update my 20-year old resume. I love the different professional templates they offer and how they manage to already have lists of different positions with their responsibilities. They are written out so professionally! All you have to do is click on what responsibilities you had (it gets listed on your resume) and you just have to fill in some of the blanks specifying your experience or skill. It's that easy! What a Godsend!

THE ONE STOP SHOP FOR YOUR JOB/CAREER NEEDS…

Tonia Olvera was the best customer service agent I have ever spoke with. This is the best website and goes above and beyond than just your everyday resume builder. There are tools that we do not even realize we need, or rather can use, to excel in our job hunt in every stage( even past just getting the job).... Yes, it seems expensive, but talk to them. Live chat has a real person on the other end within seconds and each one I have spoken with are all very understanding! They will work with you, if at all possible. I can not give enough ratings for the website and it's customer service. Great interface, gives you the ideas for every part of your resume and cover letter (and many other professional documents), templates, resources....I can go on and on! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOU JOB/ CAREER NEEDS!! PLEASE EXCUSE GRAMMAR MISTAKES>>>>IN A RUSH! THANKS RESUME HELP!!!

At first I felt stuck with a…

At first I felt stuck with a subscription after using the free trial. Im not exactly the savviest with tech stuff. Also for convenience and moments notice im using my phone. Anyway it turns out the resumes are 100% customizable and ResumeHelp does the more difficult stuff for you with the layout and how things are sectioned and there allt of options. I contacted customer support and live chatted with Yadira. She was very patient and walked me through each step with very clear communication and supportive enthusiasm that really changed my frustration and doubt into a successful customer experience. She helped me with exactly what i needed and im now not regretful of my purchase after Yadira showed me how to utilize my options. Im very pleased and confident that my resume will be tailored to me and stand out with employers . Thanks so much

Want the best resume Sites I found

1st of all I thought that resume help waz a great website. They had great templates And great suggestions to fill in for your resume. When I called customer service to cancel my trial the agent I spoke with suggested that I keep it for a lower price and at 1st I was sceptical but then he told me there was no catch, he was very nice very informative and talked me into it pretty much just by being himself! George’s customer service is impeccable!

George was very professional & tried very hard to keep my business without having me feel like I was being pressured . Had my son not already had access to resume services thru college that I could use I would have kept my membership because George kept me so well informed of the benefits not only to me but to my family as well. He was very hard to say no too & offered me very affordable discounts. However, the service I can use now is free and my only reason not to accept. In these times when we are not always in front of a person it is easy to to not always get that customer service experience over the phone. George made the conversation pleasant & enjoyable & his customer service is impeccable. Thank you so much George!

This made it sooo easy!

This made it sooo easy!! I literally made my résumé in like 5 mins. It gives you sooo many options. Even though it isn't free it's worth it for $3. I don't need a bunch of resumes. One is sufficient so l paid the $2.90 and than cancelled my subscription like a week and a half later. But if l do decide to make a few or a different cover you can go back on and all your info will still be there. So it's not like you cancel and than lose everything. I tried a BUNCH of totally free resume sites and apps and they were no where near as easy as this!! I had no issues downloading it either. Also if you cancel your subscription your resume is still on your phone or tablet etc. You don't lose it! For me it was worth it.

I had the best customer service today…

I had the best customer service today even though I was a bid apprehensive to do the live chat at first. I had a problem this morning and I go a representative named Jose Palacios who was very patient and engaging which helped me resolve my issue earlier. Well this afternoon I had a similar issue and utilized your live chat and happened to get the same representative. Jose assessed the situation patiently answering all of my questions and concerns. I would just like to say Jose saved the day once again. He is absolutely awesome, You need 15 more just like him.

The perfect sales representative

I only intended to spend the original $2 something for the trial to acquire a resume and ended up being unable to figure out how to cancel my account until my first $24 something bill came in. (So my fault.) Even though I was unable to get a refund, the customer service agent I spoke to was able to cancel my subscription and was, in my opinion, the perfect sales representative. They presented all the benefits of the service without being pushy, and were very kind and helpful. All in all, the experience was positive, and I would definitely recommend.
