At first I felt stuck with a subscription after using the free trial. Im not exactly the savviest with tech stuff. Also for convenience and moments notice im using my phone. Anyway it turns out the resumes are 100% customizable and ResumeHelp does the more difficult stuff for you with the layout and how things are sectioned and there allt of options. I contacted customer support and live chatted with Yadira. She was very patient and walked me through each step with very clear communication and supportive enthusiasm that really changed my frustration and doubt into a successful customer experience. She helped me with exactly what i needed and im now not regretful of my purchase after Yadira showed me how to utilize my options. Im very pleased and confident that my resume will be tailored to me and stand out with employers . Thanks so much

The guy who helped me was Joshua V. And he did such a amazing job helping me out, I was there to try to cancel my subscription and while I waited he asked why I was on the website (creating a resume for a job interview) and he even sent me links on advice about creating the perfect resume and even how to follow up on interviews and what not, he even helped me out and gave me a little discount so I could continue to use the website. He went above and beyond to help me out and it’s much appreciated! Thankyou again!

Excellent customer service. An asset to your company. 5 stars!!
I had a problem with my account and had an online chat with Alejandro I believe was the name. Well definitely 5 star service. I had cancelled before and was surprised to see that I had been charged £17.99 yet again, all for 1 cv. Also had problems with access. Now after an online chat with this person he has sorted everything out, persuaded me to stay on a considerably lower monthly payment and a refund for the over charging, which hopefully will be in my account by next week.

Alondra Ortega is awesome!
Alondra Ortega was awesome. She helped answer every single question I had. I had asked about deleting an account, my subscription status and when my premium benefits would end because I cancelled my subscription. She then asked why I cancelled and was able to help get a discount for renewing that would be more financially feasible for me. I will absolutely be telling everyone I know about resumehelp.com after my experience tiday. Thank you so much again, Alondra.

Alondra was very helpful and answered my questions without question. She also Inquired about whether I had gotten a job or not using the services that ResumeHelp provides. I was pleased to tell her that I did get a job and am excelling wonderfully at it. I was also very pleased that she didn't try to give me a sales pitch as to why I need to keep the program. I haven't had customer service this excellent in a long time.

Extremely Satisfied
ResumeHelp is super user-friendly and simple to use! I love the options they give you to choose from when creating your resume. Their customer service is also awesome. I had to speak with someone for billing questions and I was beyond happy with my experience. Alondra O, was friendly, professional, and understanding. I would rate both the use of the site and customer service(Alondra) 10/10. Definitely recommend.

Great service !
I had thought that my subscription was canceled over a month ago. When I noticed my billing statement and I was still getting charged I immediately called. I spoke with a man named John he was very eager to help me through my problems and ensure that I had a positive outcome. It was a very quick process and I'm very satisfied. I was charged and thought I had…
I was charged and thought I had canceled the subscription. I spoke with Ivan today and he was a massive stress relief. Not one second I spoke with Ivan did I feel Pushed to extend my subscription or put into a waiting area. He was very helpful and professional. If there was a 10 star option for your support it would be 11/10.
